Complete demo and rebuild of basement
We hired Arthur and his team to demo and rebuild our entire basement (including a custom bathroom), which the previous owners only cosmetically updated (and albeit, extremely poorly). Throughout the entire process he was upfront and completely transparent. He and his team are professional, extremely skilled, hard working and knowledgeable - he offers solutions, gives his opinion when asked (not aggressively) and showed us what he was doing every step of the way. The end product is more than we could have asked or hoped for : clean, open, bright and functionable. As a client, I could not be happier. Thank you Arthur and team! Replacing wooden deck boards with composite

Drywall repair for electrical work
I had to have 15 holes in the ceiling patched, primed, and painted after I had some potlights added. It's not an easy task to find a good drywaller for this kind of task, it seems most are either focused on large-scale projects only, or are quite expensive. I'm very happy to have selected Arthur and his team for this - they demonstrated a lot of care and thoughtfulness in their work and it shows. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Golden Shepherd again for future work, and would recommend them for fairly priced high quality work
